Point to point transport (Delux Bus or Tourist Van) for other journey. Accommodation in Hotels family wise. All food (Bed tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea Snacks & Dinner) & Train Food. Excluding Train Fare.
Room will be alloted family wise ( 3 persons ) in a Double bedded room and 4 persons in a triple bedded room basis or double bed with one extra bed / mattress on floor. In case of single occupancy in double bedded room, guest will pay the additional amount.
Train Seats are normally Reserved with an advance payment of the actual cost of tickets and additional amount of Rs. 5000/- per pax. Full & Final payment to be deposited before 15 days of the journey date.
Within 7 Days after booking, Cancellation Charge Rs. 1000/- per head.
60 to 30 days from the date of journey 15% per head of the total tour cost.
30 to 20 days from the date of journey 25% per head of the total tour cost.
15 to 10 days from the date of journey 50% per head of the total tour cost.
10 to 07 days from the date of journey 75% per head of the total tour cost.
Any cancellation within 5 days from the date of journey is non refundable.
N.B. : Any cancellation is not accepted over telephone. For cancellation kindly produce the original money receipt.
Boat, Auto, Tanga, Guide, Ropeways or any riding entry fees / registration fees of visiting spots will be borne by the Party.
Management will have no responsibility any loss / damages of life and properties or any other happening that tour & journey period.
For the train journey we are entirely dependent on railway authority. It is not possible to allot any particulars seat ( Lower - Middle - Upper ) berths.
Train food will be supplied from Railway Catering while on train, expect those who will be travelling on AC Class. We are not allowed to served food on those class.
If any tour cancelled due to climatic condition, strike, train cancellation or any other circumstance then passengers have to bear extra expenses.
Where hotels are not available during journey. Party will be accommodate in Dharmasala, Dormetories, Chatti or Tents.
If there is any increase in railway, Bus fair the difference is to be paid by the tourist.
Senior citizen & child should carry their age proof certificate during the train journey. Child means - 05 - 10 years & kids means 2-4 years.
Full advance money is refundable for tour cancellation by organization or may be adjusted in next tour.
Each family is allowed to carry a luggage of the 22 inch trolley and a small luggage bag. If the permissible limit of luggage exceeds, the luggage has to be carry borne by the family.
